This metaphor perfectly encapsulates our mission of providing unmatched expertise to stabilize and guide our customers to successful outcomes!
Meet the founder
Jason Henderson
Jason Henderson is the founder of Empennage Strategic Solutions, LLC. After high school, he answered the call to serve by enlisting in the US Air Force, starting his career 'turning wrenches' by maintaining aircraft on the flight line. Through strong mentorship and support, Jason earned a college degree while on active duty and was selected for Officer Training School, commissioning as an Air Force officer. After commissioning, he went on to lead large organizations, programs, and teams across the Air Force acquisitions, operations, test & evaluation, maintenance, and education & training communities. Following the 9/11 attacks, he served five overseas deployments supporting the Global War on Terrorism.
Since retiring from the Air Force, Jason has led program execution, strategic growth, business development, capture, and other corporate functions at both small and large government contractors.
